About Us

An Update From The Lee Clinic on COVID-19

During this difficult time dealing with the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know that The Lee Clinic is OPEN and will remain open. We are also still accepting new patients. Drs. Lee are doing virtual appointments for now, until further notice.

Our Winchester location is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, to allow patients to pick up and order vitamins, tests and Ideal Protein food products.

The Ideal Protein weight loss program will continue by using the IP app and keeping in touch with your coach. Also we are able to sell the Ideal Protein products to the general public, but ask that you call in your product order ahead of time.

We ask that you call the office to place your pick up order ahead of time or simply order online and let us ship to you. If you do come by the office and see someone is ahead of you, kindly wait outside or be sure to keep the recommended 6 foot distance from one another.

We have a stringent cleaning process in place, however we need anyone who is ill or has been in contact with someone who is ill to not come in. In addition, if you have a history of travel and have not self quarantined for at least 14 days, please place your order online.

A strong immune system is important to fighting this virus. The physicians at The Lee Clinic always recommend pharmaceutical grade vitamins. Due to high demand, there may be an instance where our vitamins may sell out. Please contact the office as we have resources and discounts with other pharmaceutical grade companies to get you what you need.

If you should have any questions, please call the office at 540-542-1700 or send us an email at contact@theleeclinic.com

Our Philosophy
Many call what we practice Anti-Aging, Functional, Integrative, or Preventive Medicine. We prefer the term Organic Medicine; we focus on how our bodies work to best heal our patients. Many disease processes can be linked to poor diet, hormonal imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, infections, toxicities and allergies. If not diagnosed and addressed early, these issues can increase the risk for cancer and other serious conditions.  We listen to our patients to find the root cause of their issue.  Let us help you get back to feeling like yourself again.
We work alongside your regular physician.
William M. Lee, M.D.
Dr. Lee founded the Lee Clinic in 1993. After graduating from Creighton Medical School, he served as a flight surgeon in the Air Force.  After spending years in emergency medicine and family medicine, he realized that many of his patients would have been much healthier in their 50's if they had changed their behaviors in their 30’s.  By looking deeper into his patient’s complaints and he has successfully treated thousands of patients, with less synthetic drugs and more natural solutions.
Dr. Lee has over 40 years clinical experience treating patients with a myriad of diagnoses as well as extensive experience in natural hormone replacement for both men and women.

      Megan H. Lee, D.O.
After seeing the impact her father made on the lives of others with his practice, Dr. Megan Lee realized that this organic view on healthcare was also the way she wanted to practice medicine, and her life.  Attending an osteopathic medical school allowed her to approach healing with holistic perspective, making joining The Lee Clinic the right choice.  After graduating from Bucknell University, where she played Division 1 tennis, she received her Doctor of Osteopathy at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Like her father, she is an avid equestrian and continues to play tennis in her free time.
