How long do lab results take to come in? I want to make sure my results are in before my follow up appointment

If you are being seen for a follow up visit, please be sure you have had your labs done at least 72 hours before your visit. It is important that we know which lab you have used for your blood work. Saliva testing can take two to three weeks to receive the results.

What's your cancellation policy?

We request 48 hours notice for cancellations. We realize “life happens” but letting us know in advance allows us to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking, particularly at the Leesburg office.  We try very diligently to stay on schedule, and cannot allow appointments to run over in to another patient’s time.  If you are going to be  more that 15 minutes late, it will be necessary to reschedule.

What payment options are available for clinic appointments?

The Lee Clinic accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. We do not contract nor accept insurance, however you will be given a superbill to submit to your insurance company. Many insurance companies today reimburse for both office visits and lab tests. Dr. Lee Does not participate in Medicare, and all patients with Medicare on any federally funded insurance program will need to sign a private contract with Dr. Lee.  Patients with Medicare may not bill either Medicare or their secondary for our services.  

Care Credit- Upon request and approval CareCredit offers no interest and low interest payment plans., with no annual fees and low minimum monthly payments.  CareCreidts payment plans can be used repeatedly with no need to reapply.  Please go to for more information
