Description
Indole-3-carbinol is a substance found in many vegetables. Indoles is used for prevention of breast cancer &colon cancer. The NIH has reviewed indole-3-carbinol as a possible cancer preventative agent and is now sponsoring clinical research for breast cancer prevention.
Indole compounds may help shift estrogen balance in favor of 2-hydroxyestrone, a protective estrogen metabolite. Also used for treatment of fibromyalgia and helps maintain cellular health for both men and women.
Uses
Improve estrogen metabolism to help prevent breast, uterine and prostate cancers.
Directions
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food
