The following is a letter from one of Dr. Lee's patients.
Dr. Lee:
The following is a testimonial from a man's point of view, having received treatment from Dr. William Lee, MD.
I first visited Dr. Lee in Winchester in 2005. At the time, I was overweight, depressed, and suffering from a feeling of general gloom and doom. I was, in essence, Mr. "The Glass is Half-Empty." As a man (like all men, typically too proud or frightened to visit the doctor, much less admit there is anything wrong) I begrudgingly went and had my hormones tested. I was at a state where I was pretty much desperate for any sort of relief. Of course, I was suspicious from the start – after all, wasn't the way I was feeling the way men were SUPPOSED to feel? Dark, grudging, moody, angry, and bereft of emotion?
Anyway, my test results came back and low and behold, my testosterone levels were lower than normal. And so I started the journey of rejuvenation, using what Dr. Lee calls "natural materials." And that is exactly what they are. It is basically bringing the body back into its natural hormonal balance.
After some time, my body began to change. I lost weight, and my muscle tone became more defined. Most of all, I had developed a "can-do" attitude toward life. My self-confidence was boosted tremendously. I felt stronger, more enthusiastic about life. I had PURPOSE. It didn't happen overnight, but I was patient. My patience paid off.
In time, I became a new man. There is no other way to describe it.
I went from an overweight and depressed person who couldn't see living past the age of forty to a fit, happy male who lives every day to its fullest and enjoys the positive (and negative!) things that life has to offer.
Three years later, and I am still feeling better than ever. I am 36 years old, and am in better shape – physically, emotionally, and overall, than I've ever been in my life. Ever. Including high school!
My investment of time and energy into Dr. Lee's hormone replacement therapy has been, in my opinion, one of the most important investments of my entire life. I see no end in sight, no reason whatsoever to stop.
Dr. Lee keeps a DETAILED history of my progress - and even three years later, we are still working out the minor details. Through periodic blood work and my own day-to-day feelings and experiences, we've just about got things tweaked to where they're supposed to be. It's actually fun, performing this maintenance. Because, at the end of the day, I'm doing it for ME.
Whenever I run across a man who is exhibiting similar symptoms to those I experienced for most of my life, I tell them, "Get your testosterone checked!"
Having low testosterone levels DOES NOT mean you are less of a man! It only means your body is out of balance. Do we just neglect our cars when the front end gets out of alignment? No! And that's our CARS. Our bodies are so much more important, aren't they?
Get your levels checked! Start bringing your body back into balance. You will feel better because of it.
I am living proof.
